Because we see a lot of deal flow, we often find companies that have various pieces of the ultimate customer proposition. We challenge our founders to collaborate and pivot to become scaleable and investible.

Unlike other platforms, we are not bound by structure. Our platform recognises that there are a variety of flexible ways to achieve goals such as convertible note offerings, joint venture partnerships, limited partnerships and future equity options. In all our offers, we are looking to engage a trade or investment partner to lead the round allowing passive investors to enjoy the benefit of following smart capital.
Meet Our Team.
Gerard Rolton
Gerard is a Chartered Accountant and holds professional qualifications in commercial law and accounting. Having started his career in Big 4-6 global accounting firms, Gerard honed his skills with US and Cayman Island based law firms focused on the hedge fund industry.
Gerard created Fusion in 2015 to be a one stop shop for problem solving for SME companies across accounting, legal matters, finance and marketing where he has helped many companies to grow and prosper including advisory engagements, capital raising, buy and sell side advisory and pre-IPO engagements.
He co-founded Emprise to bridge the gap between seed and growth funding in NZ for companies seeking NZ$2 to 5m.
